A prestigious development of ten, four and five bedroomed detached houses which were completed in March for developer, Country & Metropolitan Homes Ltd at Upper Rissington Village near Stow-on-the-Wold.
The design and build contract which utilised many traditional Cotswold materials, was sold out within a period of four months and at the time represented the largest contract that Avoncroft had undertaken at £1.80 million.
